The villa is a very spacious new property with 6 double bedrooms, roof terrace, open log fire & central heating. An open swimming-pool will make your summer holiday perfect.

Booking Amendment:

Various parameters of your booking can be modified prior arrival. Some (like increasing the number of guests, extension/reduction of the stay, changing of the room type, etc.) are subject of availability. In order the amendment to be confirmed, please notify us in the longest possible term prior your arrival.

Early Check-in/Late Check-out:

In particular cases early check-in is possible and if confirmed by BPMS booking office free of charge. The late check-out is subject of availability and must be confirmed by BPMS booking office. A fee applies for late check-out,. If one of the above cannot be provided please contact the BPMS office for complimentary luggage storage.

December - January - 5 nights;
Febryary - 7 nights
March - 3 nights
• Deposit: December - March 50 % of the booking price will be charged on the day of the booking and is NOT refundable;
April - November 1 night will be charged on the day of the booking and is NOT refundable.
• A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required upon arrival. This deposit is fully refundable upon check out as long as there has been no damage to the property.
