Accommodation Details

Flora Hotel & Apartment Complex is located in the centre of Borovets mountain resort, 50 meters from the central station of Yastrebets cabin lift and the four chair lifts Martinovi baraki and Sitnyakovo Express 
Flora's main entrance has a 24 hour reception, stair and lift access .

The complex offers:
- A-la-cart restaurant with 150 seats in the main building ; 
- Irish pub with 300 seats and 2 small halls in the main building ; 
- Lobby bar with pizza corner.

Spa centre: Indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, Finnish sauna, fitness centre, steam bath, solarium, massage rooms.

Conference facilities: At business guest' disposal are 2 conference rooms with Wi-Fi internet and a capacity of 50 seats and 100 seats.

Facilities and services: 
- Ski wardrobe; 
- ATM; 
- 24 hours guarded parking; 
- Children corner; 
- Casino with electronic roulette and electronic games – 24 hours




Booking Amendment:
Various parameters of your booking can be modified prior arrival. Some (like increasing the number of guests, extension/reduction of the stay, changing of the room type, etc.) are subject of availability. In order the amendment to be confirmed, please notify us in the longest possible term prior your arrival.
 
Check-in/Check-out:
Check-in: any time after 2 p.m. Check-out time is 12 p.m.
 
Early Check-in/Late Check-out:
In particular cases early check-in is possible and if confirmed by BPMS booking office free of charge. The late check-out is subject of availability and must be confirmed by BPMS booking office. A fee applies for late check-out,. If one of the above cannot be provided please contact the BPMS office for complimentary luggage storage.

Pets:
We are sorry, we cannot accommodate pets.

• Minimum stay:
April - November - 2 nights;
December - January - 5 nights;
Febryary - 7 nights
March - 3 nights
• Deposit: December - March 50 % of the booking price will be charged on the day of the booking and is NOT refundable;
April - November 1 night will be charged on the day of the booking and is NOT refundable.

Cancellation

* Cancellations can be made, providing details and prior to check-in time on the day of arrival, at least:
• 14 days before date of arrival, May - November;
• 30 days before date of arrival, during March - April;
• 50 days before date of arrival, during December - February;
Cancellations made after this period are subject to 100% penalty fee.
