Traditional 2 bedroomed Villa Boro Green, only 3 minutes away from the Gondola station in Borovets , in a quiet area next to a beautiful pine forest.
The chalet has been completed to the highest standard and is completely furnished throughout, offering excellent accommodation and comfort for 6 people (renovated sept 2022) . It has 1 WC, kitchenette and lounge area with balcony for taking in the scenery. Please note that light cleaning is done daily. Towels are changed midweek and sheets are changed once a week. Please note that dish washing is not offered as a service. There are 8 villas in total.
Given prices include only accommodation. SPA services available in the hotel next door – Moura against additional charge.
It’s also ideal for Spring and Summer holidays, with stunning mountain treks and horse riding.

Dining Area – Comprising Kitchenette with built in sink and drainer, toaster, kettle and microwave. Also pine table and chairs for 6 people. Balcony with BBQ grill and outdoor furniture.

Upstairs

Bedroom 1 – Separate Twin Bedded room with side cabinets, drawer unit .

Bedroom 2 – Separate Double Bedded room with side cabinets, drawer unit, wardrobe and .

Heating – By individually controlled electric radiators.

Hot Water Supply – On-demand electric water heater.

The access to the spa is just across the road and all our clients can use it for a small fee payable on the spot

Booking Amendment:

Various parameters of your booking can be modified prior arrival. Some (like increasing the number of guests, extension/reduction of the stay, changing of the room type, etc.) are subject of availability. In order the amendment to be confirmed, please notify us in the longest possible term prior your arrival.

Check-in/Check-out:

Check-in: any time after 3 p.m. Check-out time is 11 a.m.

Early Check-in/Late Check-out:

In particular cases early check-in is possible and if confirmed by BPMS booking office . The late check-out is subject of availability and must be confirmed by BPMS booking office. A fee applies for late check-out,. If one of the above cannot be provided please contact the BPMS office for complimentary luggage storage.

You can park free of charge in front on the villa, just collect ticket with booking information (check in, check out date, number of villa )from our office or write it down yourself and leave it on the front window of your car.
